Return policy
Due to difficulty repackaging products, it is not possible to reliably return a product, therefore all sales are final.  If you are unsatisfied with your product please contact us via email at info@soundofsalish.com.  We will do our best to resolve any issues.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We make every effort to package our products well for shipment, however, sometimes an item can be damaged in shipment.  Items damaged in shipping may have to go through a claim process with the carrier before a replacement can be issued.  Please contact us and we will assist you.
